Ordering and Payment

By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price for the selected service package. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).

Refund Policy

Full refund: Issued if we are unable to provide a prediction due to insufficient image quality and a suitable replacement image cannot be provided.
Partial refund or re-analysis: Available if you are unsatisfied with your report. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your report.
No refund: Once analysis has been completed and the report delivered, refunds are not available except in cases of service error or image quality issues.

Your Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
You must provide accurate contact information for report delivery
The ultrasound images you upload must be your own or you must have authorization to share them
